Hello!

Since quitting alcohol in 2019, I’ve experienced a level of happiness and peace I never thought possible.

Despite being a successful business owner, mindfulness instructor and yoga teacher, I was trapped in a cycle of drinking to cope with stress and anxiety. I drank to relax, fit in, and numb my feelings, which slowly drained my motivation and self-worth.

After losing my parents, I realized I needed to change. I sought help at an in-patient clinic, which transformed my life. Since then, I've become passionate about helping others do the same.Ā 

Ā I now have an in-depth understanding of how alcohol affects our mind, body, and spirit. My studies, research, and lived experience have given me the tools and motivation to dedicate my lifeĀ toĀ supportingĀ others find freedom and fulfillment without the need to drink.
